Venetian Winterpoodles

Pillar box red is in this season with high necked one-piece woolen suits reaching to the ankle. Daring cut-aways leave little to the imagination when it comes to the private equipment. Socks and hats are not usually worn. The connections, as they say in horse racing parlance, are likely to be seen in primary or at least daring colours and should assume a bored ambling gait as they proceed through the narrow alleyways of Venezia.

This much we learned from our honeymoon in Venice although it did occur that this might not be a fashion thing but the Venetian version of St Niklaus. He comes as a dog. After all chocolate bunnies and eggs appear as reminders of Christ's Crucifixion at Eastertime. Anyway, we thought you might like to see how a true winterpoodle dresses.
